Who? Parents, friends, family, neighbors. Anyone can scan Box Tops!

What? Box Tops are found on many items in the grocery store.  Box Tops has gone digital.  The traditional Box Top clips are being phased out of production.  We will continue to collect these until they are eliminated. Some products feature the new Box Tops label. If you see this label, use the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt. The app will find participating products purchased and instantly add cash to CMSE’s earnings online. You can ‘double dip’ during the packaging transition by clipping the physical Box Tops and scanning your receipt for the participating items.

 

When? We will have a collection date for the remaining traditional Box Tops that have been collected.  The digital app can be used right after shopping.  CMSE gets immediate credit.

Why? These fundraisers provide an easy way for parents to help our PTO earn money for various initiatives such as Bingo Bash, Showcase of Talent, conference meals and special teacher requests.

How the New Digital Box Tops Program Works

In Store Purchases:

- Look for the new Box Tops label

- Use Box Tops app to scan receipt within 14 days of purchase

- Box Tops are instantly identified & credited to CMSE's earnings online

Online Purchases:

- Must have a Box Tops for Education account (created through the Box Tops app or website)

- Forward your email receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com using the same email that’s associated with your BTFE account

For purchases from online retailers not listed above, please follow the process below:

- Take a screen shot (or multiple) of your entire receipt from your online purchase, including retailer name, all items, transaction total, and date of purchase

- Open the Box Tops Contact Us form

- In the Comments field, include: email address, name, school’s name & amount of Box Tops earned with the purchases from that receipt

- At the bottom of the form, use the "Upload Image Files" feature to add the screen shot(s) of your receipt.
